 Our systems are used, for example, in forest industry where the saw timber and pulpwood needs to be sprinkled in order to maintain the freshness and quality of the raw material prior to manufacturing. If the saw timber during the summer is stored without sprinkling, or if the sprinkling intensity is too low, the saw timber will be exposed to damage connected with drying out. |

 The main risk consists of blue stain, insects and development of end checks. On the other hand, if too high sprinkling intensities are used or if the wet storage time is too long, a risk for bacterial damage in wood and negative influences on the environment will increase.
