As of 2024, Tykoflex offers training with certification for fiber technicians. The training qualifies the fiber technician to make installations in Svenska Kraftnät’s OPGW network. (Swedish National Power Grid)

The training ensures that Fiber Technicians have good knowledge to work according to approved work methods for splicing OPGW cables in SVK’s network.

The training is carried out over a full day and includes both theory and practice.

We go through both existing and older cable types, approved material and work methods with a focus on practical work when splicing OPGW cables.
