High fibre count up to 1728 fibres

Joint Closure T240-TBXL R is developed for ribbon fibre cables for up to 1728 fibres. Joint Closure TBXL R is delivered with one open oval inlet 63×31 mm (for mid-span access) and two ID 35 mm sealed cable inlets, four ID 25 mm sealed cable inlets and two open holes.

TBXL R is equipped with nine permanent pivoting splice trays for a maximum of 192 fibres (8-ribbon). The closure is equipped with cable strength member clamps and splice protectors. Brackets for installation are available as options and ordered separately.

Together with a locking cap, the closure can easily be locked with a padlock. The closure TBXL R is delivered with heat shrink tube and branch-off clip for the oval inlet and with the articles specified in the table below, basic configuration.
