Splice cabinet T4 is a wall-mounted cabinet intended for splicing of optical fibre cables and blown fibre system for FTTH.
Splice cabinet T4 is used for connection of cables/ducts installed either from above (A) or from below (B).
The cabinet can be equipped with up to 4 Tykoflex splice organizers, which means that up to 192 (288) fibres can be spliced in the cabinet depending of the number of cassettes.
Mid-span friendly.
To get 192 single fibre capacity Multicassette 11 202 204 for 48 fibre has to be used, alternatively SLIM splice protectors 11 218 347 = 72 fibre/cassette.
The Multicassette can also be used for storage of passive devices, for example splitters.
The cabinet is equiped with a lid which can be locked with a standard key lock.
The lid also serves as a workbench for the splice organizers during splicing.
Mounting bracket 11 408 264 enables easy handling without having to open the lid.
Splice cabinet T4 11 470 205 has inlets for 6 standard cables.
Splice cabinet T4 11 470 223/224 has inlets for 60 ducts 7 mm with mechanically
locked slots in end plate. Splice cabinet T4 11 470 220/225 has inlets for 96
micro cables/ducts ø5-7 mm which has a friction fastening with rubberized lamellae inside the end plate.
